Yes, we definitely understand how valuable your customer relationships are. You can select what customers fees are applied to and what customers fees are waived.

We allow you to personalize email templates that alert your customers of invoice due date and your late fee policy. We have three payment reminder templates: one sent prior to the due date, a second sent on the due date, and the third email to be sent on a customizable schedule. Our email templates give you the freedom to tailor your notifications.

Once a late fee policy is established, LFM can email all to your customers letting them know that a late fee policy has been created. Additionally, your late fee policy will be published on the bottom of each invoice.
